Tariro | Journey of Hope
A Brand Building Campaign by Nonotos
Over the years, Australia-based Aussie Books for Zim has been rescuing tens of thousands of books from going to landfill and using them to set up libraries and literacy programs in rural communities in Zimbabwe.
Notonos has been working with Aussie Books for Zim since 2018 to amplify its impact through a comprehensive communication strategy including social media.
In 2019, Notonos was tasked to lead a campaign to raise Aussie Books for Zim’s public profile and to engage its key stakeholders.

Key Campaign Elements
- The 2-week public exhibition featured over 50 pieces of artwork ranging from photographic images, illustrations, paintings and sculptures from Australian and Zimbabwean artists.
- The exhibition attracted over 70 guests on its Opening Night.
- The Tariro Exhibition was featured by WIN News Illawarra (the Nine Network).
